This sausage is made of Wild Boar and spiced with fresh pepper. Our dry sausages are prepared traditional with sea salt and ripe at least 4 weeks.

The pepper gives the sausage psicy and fresh taste. Delicious with drinks.

Preparation: slice in thin slices
